To have bi-monthly meetings once we reach our membership goal of 100 members for all those interested in participating, to discuss the challenges in our day to day business.

We are here to provide information, education and the tools needed to help all landlords succeed.

The Windsor Landlord Association represents the interests of both large and small property owners.

Windsor, Ontario has a need and a demand for a Landlord Association. We require an organization where we can all support each other. We want to develop this association and make it beneficial for our local landlords. Our goals for the near future are listed on the right. We are continuously adding and making modifications to these goals in order to implement strategies in dealing with the ever growing issues related to being a Landlord.
